Emids, a healthcare technology engineering and digital transformation company, has announced a partnership with ServiceNow, the AI control tower for business reinvention, to help healthcare companies modernise complex administrative operations using AI-driven workflows and enterprise-wide automation.

The collaboration will focus on operational transformation across areas such as Claims Transformation, Provider Data Management, Care Management, Contact Centre; and various other industry specific areas. The partnership enables coordinated workflows that span systems, teams and data sources with a focus on being the “orchestration backbone” and connecting the various systems and data across the healthcare value chain.

ServiceNow provides the AI-powered workflow platform to orchestrate work across healthcare environments. Emids brings healthcare domain expertise, integration engineering and experience operating in regulated healthcare settings. This is to accelerate time to value for healthcare enterprises while maintaining governance, traceability and operational control.

“Healthcare organisations need an AI-enabled orchestration platform that connects people, processes, data and tools to enable work to be done faster and safer,” said Manoj Jasra, CMO and Head of Partnerships, Emids. “This partnership helps shorten operational cycles, improve auditability, and deliver measurable outcomes without replacing core systems.”

“This partnership brings combined capabilities helping payers build AI-driven workflows to automate support requests, efficient claims processing and create operational value at scale,” said Sunil Kumar, Managing Partner and BU Head, Healthcare Payer, Emids.

“ServiceNow is focused on turning AI into action through workflows, data and agents that enable work to be simpler for members, associates and providers,” said Milind Shah, Head of Healthcare Payer, ServiceNow. “With Emids, we’re bringing that platform direction to healthcare organizations in a practical way, transforming how work gets done across administrative and clinical operations, while maintaining the governance and trust the industry demands.”

In the coming months, Emids plans to roll out a healthcare-focused delivery approach in partnership with ServiceNow aimed at accelerating operational improvements. The initiative will focus on identifying priority workflows for automation, enabling integration with existing healthcare platforms and applying AI to support faster resolution and improved compliance across administrative operations.
