In a significant milestone, Syrma SGS Technology hosted the soft launch of Dynabook laptops at its state-of-the-art facility in Chennai. The event marked not only the beginning of a new chapter for Dynabook in India but also showed the company’s efforts to use Make in India initiative.
The ceremony was attended by Wong Wai Meng, MD, Dynabook and Satendra Singh, CEO, Syrma SGS Technology, along with senior leadership teams from both organisations. Together, they inaugurated the launch with a symbolic ribbon-cutting and the switching-on of the first Dynabook laptop, signifying the start of local assembly and production.
Adding a touch of warmth and celebration, the dignitaries also joined in a cake-cutting ceremony, commemorating the partnership and the shared vision of bringing world-class computing technology to India.
