Air India London Bound Plane Crash – Helpline Numbers

Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner Flight AI 171, which took off from Ahmedabad and was bound for London, crashed immediately after take off. There were 242 individuals on board, including the crew, pilots and passengers.

A video has emerged on the Internet which shows the plane descending after take off and crashing into a building Photos online show smoke and fire emerging out of the building and parts of plane stuck inside the building. The pilot is said to have issued a Mayday call of emergency before the crash.

The building is said to have been a doctors’ hostel of a medical college.

At this moment it’s not clear how many people have died in crash, as different figures are emerging in media reports. Casualties may include those onboard the plane as well as in the building.
